ClaimHound collects only what we need to run a Found Money Scan for your shop.
What you send
The request form asks for your company name, your name, phone, email, which field-service system you use, and monthly service call volume. You may upload exports or email them. Those files should be limited to job, invoice, payment, part, serial, install-date, and credit fields relevant to recovery.
How we use it
We use this information to prepare your findings report and to reply to you. We do not sell your data. We do not use it to market to your customers. We do not change records in your systems during the scan. Nothing is filed, submitted, or changed without your written approval.
How long we keep it
Raw exports are deleted on request. Ask in the email thread for your scan and include the reference number from your confirmation.
Who handles it
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. When email delivery is configured, a notification goes to ClaimHound's owner. When file storage is connected, uploads sit in a private bucket. If storage is not connected, the confirmation tells you to email the exports instead.
Analytics and spam checks
Visit analytics loads only when the site owner sets an analytics environment variable. When that variable is unset, no analytics script is sent to your browser. The form includes a hidden field people are not meant to fill in. If a Turnstile key is configured, the form also shows a Cloudflare Turnstile check.
